An easy 20min walk / 7 min cycle, from the beautiful La Barrosa beach,
Novo Sancti Petri, in the Cadiz province of Spain.

Everything is within easy walking / cycling distance.
Before reaching the beach, just a few mins from the Finca, you will find some lovely cafes and restaurants, tennis club, riding stables, golf courses, archery club, local ventas in beautiful pine forests, the little Novo Sancti Petri hospital ( with emergency services), and all the restaurants, shops and facilities of the Novo Sancti Petri centre.
During the summer months, there are fantastic chiringuitos at the water's edge. A lovely walk along the beach eastwards will bring you to El Cuartel, an elegant restaurant/bar with fantastic sunset views, and then on to the Calas de Roche.
Walking in the opposite direction will bring you to the slightly more built up area of La Barrosa, where you will find the beautiful seafront espalanade, numerous cafes and restaurants for all budgets, street markets etc.
There is a bus stop 10 min walk from the Finca, with frequent buses into the local town of Chiclana (about 20 min) where you will find everything within the compact traditional pedestrianised centre.

The Finca is a perfect base to explore the unspoilt Costa de la Luz, the pueblos blancos de la Sierra, and the charismatic cities of Cadiz, Jerez and Seville.
